You will find acclaimed reference books everyone in the sweets industry needs. Authors and subject matter experts are Stephen T. Beckett, Brian Jackson, Bernard Minifie and Jean-Pierre Wybauw and many more.

Books are shipped worldwide from Germany. We recommend credit card payment (fee: 2%).
