Truffly Made Silicone Moulds

The moulds can be used for jellies, fondant, caramel, chocolate, hard candies and cake.  The results for hard candies are not as good as when candy Teflon moulds are used (Ref 103/5 and TM105/5).

The moulds are non-stick, flexible and machine washable.

Dimension of the mould: 292 x 381 mm.

Different shapes are available.
54 to 88 cavities per mould, depending on the shape.

The moulds are designed for a use in the Universal Depositor.
