Three-Roll-Refiner

The 80 S EXAKT three roll table top refiner is particularly suited for processing chocolate, compound, spreads and fat fillings. A powerful drive, a precise equipment layout and an adjustable speed control achieve particle fineness down to 5 µm, if needed.

With increasing viscosity, higher demands on the capacity and quality of the product to be processed and a higher energy input, a constant processing temperature is indispensable. The EXAKT 80S fulfills this demand at all times, even under high load. To ensure optimum adaptation to the product to be processed alternative roller materials in different hardness grades are offered. Especially easy to clean rolls are available.

The machine is available in different sizes allowing very small scale up to small production refining.
