Candy Forming and Cutting Device
Cutting and forming unit for hard caramels or similar masses. Unit is operated by hand and is therefore very easy to use. The piece weight can be adjusted and, if necessary, even the shape according to customer requirements. The sides that meet the product are Teflonized and therefore not sticky.
With this unit, filled hard candies can now also be produced on a laboratory scale.
This equipment is typically suited to small scale, low volume production, for example for recipe development or public demonstrations.
