Laboratory rolling and scoring machine

This equipment has been designed for rolling and scoring tests with chewing gum and other similar masses. It is made of a rolling station, a longitudinal scoring station and a cross cutting station.
Variable speed for all the rolls independently from one another.

The cross cutting station and the longitudinal cutting station are easily exchangeable, enabling the production of different sizes of dragees and stick gum.

With special rolls it is possible to produce filled chewing gum pellets (together with the lab extruder and the filling pump).
