Lab double-Z kneaders

This equipment has been designed for testing various chewing gum masses and flavours and for developing new types of chewing gum and bubble gum.

– 2 ltr. working capacity, 4 ltr. total capacity
– material in contact with product in stainless steel
– tiltable execution
– variable speed regulation by a frequency inverter
– double jacket for heating the mixing chamber
– gridded cover or closed cover available

It can be used as well for mixing small batches of chocolate or other similar pastes.

Machines with different working capacities are available.
