Cocoa guillotine

The assessment of cut cocoa beans or almonds from the cut halves is an important criterion for estimatig the quality.

This guillotine allows cutting tests to be carried out in a very short time and in a simple manner. The principal is purely mechanical and can therefore be used everywhere.

The guillotine comes with a suitcase.
